Meet The Chef

Frank is a self-taught chef who enjoys all foods. He is mostly inspired by and extremely passionate just about any meat where he loves to  bar-b-que, smoke and grill. While Frank deals with mostly main course dishes, he also dabbles in a variety of unique sides and tasty quick bites. Frank's originality has helped him create his own masterpieces and begin TAGO Enterprises. TAGO Enterprises was not only inspired by his love for food and treating his friends, it was also inspired by his Mom, Winifred Hinnant, or Fifi to some. Some of Fifi's recipes Frank continues to cook and share with his friends and family. Fifi was not only an inspiration to Frank through cooking but also through something she always said, "The Adventure Goes On," which is what TAGO represents. TAGO is about life going on and fulfilling it with family, friends and good times. Frank shares his adventure with everyone and hopes he makes everyone's adventure a little better through his cooking.

We hired Frank to do the cooking last Christmas.

The best fried turkey ever and the tastiest beef tender. He will definitely be doing cooking for us next year!

Frank supplied two of the best meals we have ever enjoyed. First his beef tenderloin at our reception got more acclaim from friends than ever heard. Then he backed up his cooking abilities when I needed him to provide another tenderloin for a group of 15, and again it was phenomenal! You can always depend on Frank and I look forward to trying some of his other dishes.

Whenever we have large groups or parties at the house we always begin by hiring Frank to cook the main dish - fried turkeys, BBQ or steaks. He has never disappointed us! He won't let you down either.
